What do I need to be able to play?

• Black, Gray, or Dark Color Shorts or Athletic Pants (No Pockets Preferred)
•   Mouth Guard (Strapless, Non-Detachable)
• Football/Soccer Cleats (NO METAL CLEATS)
• No Flat Sole Shoes. (Example: Sneakers, Tennis Shoes, Sandals, Crocks, Etc...)

Each Player will receive an official Licensed NFL Flag Football Jersey to keep.
